Depending on where you are in the country, things are starting to get real, real hot… and this can make for some sluggish bass.Lots of guys pack it in and go home. This means big opportunity for you. There’s ALWAYS a way to catch ‘em. I repeat… ALWAYS. (As long as there are fish down there… )
Today I’m going to talk about some sweet tactics for triggering strikes in “ditches”… and in the weeds.Sometimes you gotta get sneaky. … and speaking of sneaky, the bass will never know what hit ‘em when you use this — and they “magically” end up on your hook… bass fishing secrets The whole story is there. You can use it from boat or shore… in any season… almost any conditions…and in any area of the country… …and the bass come “running”……ready to hammer whatever is in front of them…Now, let’s drill into the other bass slammin’ tips for this week…
Weeds provide shelter and forage for bass, particularly in the warmer months of the year. The weeds also provide oxygen rich areas and help filter the water. If you are fishing for bass in the warmer months, not all weeded areas are created equally. Consider fishing theouter edges and shallows of the weeded areas. Consider using live baits such as minnows, crayfish, and small worms. Use top water plugs, willow leaf spinners, and lipless crank bait. Plastic worms with pegged sinkers work well, and jigs with pork trailers will also catch some fish for you. If you decide to targetsome less active fish deep in the cover, using the worm and the jig is a good choice.
